To create a hammer powder coating it must be formulated with a base coating that has a unique reaction when exposed to radiant or convection heat, which creates a hammered effect. This is where most hammertones fall short - neglecting to consider the application window for the powder coater. Powder New takes the next step and assures the broadest application window, giving the coater the most robust hammertones available. While these challenges still exist, Powder New keeps them to a minimum, making a more consistent finished product day in and day out. The minimum order is 500kgs ,each color ≥ 100kgs

2.Colors:
RAL color: We usually use RAL colors that is widely used in paint industry and easily find in market.
Custom color: Color matching is available, if you have colors panel, please send to us for matching.

3.Prices:
Prices depend on the colors and using environment , please tell us the colors and using
environment (indoor use or outdoor use).

4.Time of delivery :
Production will take about 5-8 days after receipt of prepayment, it depends on the quantity.

5.Payment :
30% T/T prepayment , 70% T/T before shipment (or against BL)  or LC at sight.
 
6.Samples:
1kg powder sample is available for each color for your testing.
Sample is free of cost, but we will highly appreciate if you pay for the courier charge.
