Polyester resin powder coating is the most used of all powder coatings in the worldwide market. Polyester's offer a broad application field and many different chemistries including: Polyester/TGIC (triglycidyl isocyanurate); Polyester/TGIC-free; Super-durable Polyester and Polyester Hybrids.

A variety of Polyester resin powder coating is provided by us at industry leading prices. These have superb flow and finish which impart brightness to the painted object. Apart from that, this product also has superior mechanical properties like temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. This product is available in many colors and in gloss, matt and texture finishes.

STORAGE CONDITIONS

    1. Under dry conditions, good ventilation at a temperature not exceeding 30 C, humidity < 60%
    2. Storage period recommended should not exceed 12 months, in case exceeding 12 months without affecting their free flowing properties,
      the powder will still have optimal characteristics
    3. Should be protected from excessive heat, humidity, water and contamination with foreign materials such as powder, dust, dirt, etc.
    4. Any leftover powder should be kept in an appropriate area that is cool and dry. Do not expose to the air too long as the powder properties
     may deteriorate with the moisture.

The minimum order is 500kg ,each color ≥ 100kg
 
3.Colors:
RAL color :we usually use RAL colors that is widely used in paint industry and easily find in market
Custom color : Color matching is available , if you have colors panel ,please send to us for matching .
 
4.Prices:
Prices depend on the colors and using environment ,for prices please tell us the colors and using environment (indoor use or outdoor use).
 
5.Time of delivery :
Production will take about 5-8 days after receipt of prepayment, it depends on the quantity.
 
6.Payment :
30% T/T prepayment , 70% T/T before shipment (or against BL)  or LC at sight .
 
7.Samples:
1kg powder sample is available for each color for your testing.
Sample is free of cost,but we will highly appreciate if you pay for the courier charge.
